All your employees join a team, like Bahri or Accenture. Everyone will love it, even the ones who don't like sports. We organise a great varied mix of challenges. Only 4 team members participate in a challenge. So in teams of 7 participants, you can easily rotate between team members. The team structure ensures higher engagement and participation. Nobody bails on a team.
